Childhood Dementia Initiative is seeking health and care professional’s insights via a 10-minute survey.
Together with HealthConsult we are undertaking a much-needed review of the current care and support landscape for children and families impacted by childhood dementia. We are seeking insights from health and care professionals in a brief survey to understand:
- Available care and support services for impacted families
- Challenges and gaps in current service provision
- Priority areas for improvement
This survey covers hospital and community-based services. It also considers research and solutions from other relevant models of care.
“It’s vital that we capture views and insights from health and care professionals," says Childhood Dementia Initiative’s Ellie Da Ros, Program Manager - Care. “There are so many who play a role in the lives and care of children and families. They have first-hand understanding of the systems that families interact with.”
- The survey should take approximately 10 minutes.
- Your responses will remain anonymous.
- We kindly request that the survey is completed by Sunday 7 July.
Please share this survey with relevant colleagues and networks so that we can gather a broader perspective on this topic.
